Steiner made headlines during the 2022 UCAA Division 1 championship when she shattered the world record for the outdoor 200M dash at the collegiate level with an astonishing time of 21.8 seconds. Notably, she overtook previous record holder Favour Offili and outperformed Olympic silver medalist Christine Mboma in that race.
Prior to her remarkable collegiate career, Abigail graduated from Dublin Coffman High School in 2018 where she also showcased her talent in track and field.
