Anna Holbrook is an American soap opera actress born on April 18, 1956, in Alaska. She is best known for her portrayal of Sharlene Frame Hudson on the television show Another World from 1988 to 1991, then again in 1993 and 1994. Holbrook was selected for the role due to her appearance of being much older than she actually was rather than solely based on her acting talent.
In addition to her work on Another World, Anna Holbrook has also won a Daytime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in 1996. She married her high school sweetheart Bruce Holbrook.
