We McDonald, born on January 23, 1999 in Harlem, New York, is a pop singer known for her appearance as a member of Team Alicia Keys on the 11th season of NBC’s reality competition series The Voice. McDonald showed early talent as she began singing and playing the piano at the age of four. By six, she was already involved in acting. At just 12 years old, she attended the Harlem School of the Arts.

Her accomplishments include becoming the youngest person to win Apollo’s Amateur Night adult category and earning two wins along with two second place finishes. Her album Feeling Good debuted in the Top 100 of iTunes Pop Chart.

Born in Harlem and raised in Paterson, New Jersey with four sisters and one brother, McDonald has showcased her talents alongside her older sister Jasmine at various talent shows. Another sister named Imani T McDonald serves as her social media manager.
